These Terms govern general use of our website and services and do not constitute our full Client Terms of Business, which are provided separately to clients prior to engagement.

We act as an employment agency within the meaning of the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and conduct our services in accordance with applicable UK legislation.

3. Our Services

We provide recruitment services to:

  • Candidates seeking permanent employment

  • Clients seeking to hire permanent staff

We introduce suitable candidates to clients for consideration.

For the purposes of these Terms, “Introduction” means the provision of a candidate’s details to a client, whether verbally or in writing, including by CV submission, email, or interview arrangement.

We do not guarantee:

  • That a candidate will secure employment

  • That a client will fill a vacancy

  • The performance, suitability, or continued employment of any candidate

4. Candidate Terms

By submitting your CV or personal information to us, you confirm that:

  • The information provided is accurate and truthful

  • You have the legal right to work in the UK where required

  • You consent to us sharing your details with prospective employers for recruitment purposes

You are responsible for keeping your information up to date.

We are not responsible for employment decisions made by clients.

5. Client Terms (Website Level)

By engaging with our services, clients acknowledge that:

  • Candidate introductions are confidential

  • A placement fee may be payable if a candidate introduced by us is hired (subject to separate written Terms of Business)

  • You agree to inform us promptly if an introduced candidate is offered employment

Full commercial terms, including fees, payment terms, rebate provisions, and time limits, are set out in separate Client Terms of Business provided prior to engagement.

6. Fees (Permanent Placements)

Fees for permanent placements will be agreed in writing prior to introduction or engagement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Fees become payable upon a candidate commencing employment

  • All fees are exclusive of VAT

  • Invoices must be paid in accordance with agreed payment terms and without set-off or deduction

We reserve the right to charge interest and statutory compensation in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, together with reasonable recovery costs.

7. Confidentiality

All information relating to candidates and clients must be treated as confidential.

Candidate details must not be shared with third parties without our prior written consent.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

  • Upload malicious software or harmful content

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to our website at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

  • We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity

  • Our total liability arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed £10,000 or the total fees paid to us in the preceding 12 months, whichever is lower

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any liability that cannot legally be excluded

11. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Candidate information will only be shared with prospective employers for recruitment purposes.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to withdraw or suspend our services where:

  • False or misleading information has been provided

  • There is a breach of these Terms

  • We reasonably believe continued engagement is inappropriate

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control.

15. Severability
