Having recruited within the Wholesale, Distribution and Manufacturing sectors since 2015, OLRA was founded to offer something better. A more consultative, more accountable approach to recruitment, one where sector knowledge runs deep and the quality of service remains consistent.

As a specialist permanent recruitment consultancy, we partner with businesses of all sizes across the full breadth of their hiring needs, from senior leadership and branch management through to graduate and commercial trainee recruitment, as well as every function in between.
